Registered Nurse Wellness Coaches can augment and complement our client’s physicians’ activities in preventing, assessing, and treating nutrition-related problems. Your Nurse Wellness Coach will provide a comprehensive assessment then guide you on a path to wellness through nutrition. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain the highest level of health and well-being through whole food, dietary planning and supplementation as needed.

Healthy living including a healthy diet is the foundation of My Nurse Wellness Coach's nutrition programs. Your nurse wellness coach and lifestyle educators will support you through educational topics that build your nutritional knowledge so that you can implement new health strategies into your life. Your Nurse Wellness Coach will assess and identify nutritional deficiencies caused by inadequate nutrition.  You may notice some symptoms caused by poor nutrition such as feeling tired for no reason, having low energy, looking pale, always getting sick and weakening the body's defenses against serious illness. Research has proven that not getting enough vitamins and minerals can have long-term negative impacts on our health.

You may think you are eating a balanced diet and fulfilling your body's need for essential nutrients. Not eating enough fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, whole grains and calcium rich foods may increase your risk for health problems, including cancer, heart disease, and poor bone health to name a few.
