What are Toxins

Toxins are potentially harmful substances that can have devastating health consequences on our bodies and quality of life. Toxins put a strain on our whole body negatively affecting the efficiency of our vital organs. Our body is designed to handle only a certain amount of toxic burden, however, the build up of toxins places a strain on our own detoxification system leading to symptoms of toxicity and undesirable health conditions.

Where do toxins come from?
