A Breakfast Feast
Did you know that the biggest meal of your day should be breakfast? With our busy schedules, it's hard to take the time to actually make ourselves something healthy in the morning. Instead, we usually grab something for the go and just end of snacking on unhealthy foods throughout the day.
It is said that if you eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and dinner you will lose more weight. You will be storing nutrients by eating earlier in the day as well as getting more energy. If you are someone who rushes out the door every morning and doesn't have time to make breakfast start by planning the night before. Have an idea of what you want to have and make sure you have all the right ingredients. You could even wake up a few minutes earlier so you are able to prepare it. By eating in the morning you will be less likely to over eat throughout the day because you will still be full.
The most important thing is to not skip breakfast. If you are super hungry by lunch time you will be more likely to make unhealthy decisions like eating fast food. You will also have low energy and low blood sugar which is not a good start to your day. Your body does so much for you, so return the favor and give your body the nutrients it needs every morning.
