Turmeric Ginger Tea

Turmeric Ginger Tea


  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
  • honey or maple syrup to taste

In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in milk and strain tea into a cup. Add sweetener to taste. 

Ginger is rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger can help with nausea and fighting fungal infections. This wonderful herb can also promote proper digestion! 

Turmeric fights inflammation, improves brain function, lowers the risk of getting certain diseases/cancers, and is a great source of antioxidants. 

Both of these herbs together can do wonders for our body!
